Brief Introduction: Marc R.H. Roedenbeck (Dr. EmEr) is the founder of Mental-Affinity Project in 1999 and it’s ‘quadra-M': The only musician, mixing-engineer, mastering-engineer, and manager. He plays the guitar since 1987, sings and plays drums since 1996 and uses midi-instruments since 1998. In addition he is writing lyrics for the Project. Looking back on a variety of band experience playing on gigs in Germany and abroad (with Anonym, Banshee, Fuenf Brote und zwei Fische and others), he bought Homestudio-equipment to work with more experimental stuff than in his past bands. In parallel he is writing his doctoral thesis in 'Work and Organizational Psychology' at the Freie Universitaet Berlin. Before earned his Master (Dipl. Ing.) in Business and Engineering at the Technische Universitaet Berlin and his Bachelor (cand. Ing.) also in Business and Engineering at the Technische Universitaet Braunschweig.

Brief Introduction: Florian Jeserich is the co-founder of Mental-Affinity Project in 1999 and gave the name at its birth. He is the experimental vein of the project, writes lyrics and does always hear if a special sound is missing. In the beginning he attended each studio session but due to the moving of Marc he focuses on writing lyrics. Meanwhile he is studying Science of Religion as well as Ethnology at University of Heidelberg.
